What can I do when Launch X431 V+ stopped?

About Launch X431 V + stopped problem:
1. Login in www.dbscar.com, then goes to the Download Center to find the Launch X431 V + client and download. (Apk format)
2. If the customer already registered and activated the connector, you can uninstall the Launch X431 V + client (Clear Data
, Clear the cache), and then delete all the Launch X431 V + cnlaunch folders.
3. Re-install the downloaded client (apk format) just from www.dbscar.com
4. After the installation is complete, re-login and download models on it.

### Note: When customers using, it shows "Bluetooth can not connect", can advise customers shutting down the process of the client in the "task management system". (This is equivalent to reboot, means re-open the client), and then open the client, will be able to reconnect the Bluetooth
